Here are just a few questions we are asked.

When is the best time to get you to come and measure up for the stairs?

Preferably just after the second floor framing has gone up. We can come and meet with you or the builder and tell you at that time if any changes are needed to fit in stairs that will meet with your requirements and any Building Authority requirements.

How long after measuring the stairs will we get them?

We generally have a turnaround of between 5 to 10 working days, depending on workload. We like to work in with the builders so they can have the benefit of using the stairs, so quite often we will time the delivery of the stairs just after the roof has gone on the building.

What height should the handrail be?

Your handrail needs to be between 900mm and 1000mm up vertically off the nosing line of the stair.
